Raised in South Dakota, and Alumni from Montana State University, Chris has called the Gallatin Valley home since 2000, and has been actively brokering real estate transactions across MT since 2006. Chris’s Real Estate experiences’ range from Residential, Farm & Ranch, and Development Consulting. Whether it’s a client’s first real estate transaction, or providing input for project-analysis, Chris’s clients have always appreciated his ability to listen, and his desire to help & collaborate. Annie is credited for helping the brand of AWE Real Estate continue to expand, make new impressions, and outgrow prior limits. She’s a loving wife, mother, gardener, and artist. Her ability to navigate social marketing mediums, physical networking opportunities, and stitch together opportunities for AWE Associates, clients, and partners, is what helps define the competitive visibility of AWE Real Estate.

Stephanie Moilanen, Licensed Realtor(R)

Stephanie is a born & raised Montana Native with a passion for the outdoors. When she’s not spending time at her family cabin near Basin, MT, she’s busy with friends, family, & clients to provide Real Estate Services across SW MT. She and her husband are proud of their 8 children, and all of their individual accomplishments.  Stephanie is particularly inspired by the potential and possibilities for renovations of historic homes. She also has experience buying and renovating historic homes, where all the design was envisioned by her alone. However, she also offers a broad range of expertise for customers buying & selling a variety property types. She has a bubbly personality and her optimism and passion for realty shows through.

Meredith Curtin, Awe Real Estate

Raised in Georgia, Meredith relocated to the Gallatin Valley in 2003. Attracted to the Big Sky state for it’s generous recreational & professional opportunities, Meredith now has almost a decade’s worth of professional Real Estate experience to her credit. She’s incredibly attentive to detail, brings creativity to problem solving challenges, and can confidently negotiate & manage the transaction process in our client’s best interests'. She’s an instrumental member of the AWE Team, and works collaboratively with the team to ensure clients are receiving the highest level of service available. When Meredith isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her two children, camping, hiking, exercising, and helping in the community.
